Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

U.S. orders of $35 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders under $35 USD are charged a flat $4.99 USD standard shipping fee. Available shipping methods and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery

After processing, standard delivery is generally estimated at 2–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier operations, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided for shipped orders when available. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Please contact us immediately if an update is needed; changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing or shipped.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and all included components.

For hygiene and safety, items that have been worn, inserted, or otherwise used for a piercing cannot be returned, except where an item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@senlansp.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
